Cancellation policy

Cancelling an order

We process orders quickly, but we'll always try to help:

• To cancel an order, email info@evabiotic.com or call 919-381-2691 as soon as possible with your order number.
• If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If your order has already shipped, we can't cancel it in transit — but you're fully covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see our Refund Policy), so you can request a refund after delivery.

Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.
